While many athletes started competing younger than me it wasn’t until I was almost 13 that I started to ride BMX Freestyle, In late 2016 I had saved up 88.00 for a bike I wanted at Walmart to start riding. Once I started ramping and trying tricks it was time for an upgrade first one I did was handle bars, then driver and sprocket. I was always asking for more chores to get more parts. I was riding as much as I could each day to show how serious I was my dad surprised me with a 1998 GT Pro Performer then I got an early Christmas surprise a new GT. After riding for around seven months I I attended my first week at Camp Woodward, PA. Fast forward to 2019 started attending national tournaments and training as hard as I could. When everything shut down in Spring of 2020 I started building ramps at my house and compet in digital comps when available and then pivoted to also race since racing seemed to never have stopped I raced my first race late September raced 4 races before going to grands and taking the win in Novice. At the first part of this year at Sooner Nationals took the win Novice and turned intermediate. Freestyle This year so far has been digital for USA BMX and soon round 1 National at Premises Park looking forward to an outstanding year riding and finishing strong. Every day feels like a gift. I am grateful to my family and to my supporters for making this possible.
